Shelly Stanton – VP of Operations
Shelly Stanton, is the real deal here at ACI, leading with grit, dedication, and boss energy. Her drive and energy show day in and day out making sure everyone from sales to engineers and the admin crew works together smoothly. Her pivotal role on the executive team underscores her remarkable ability to manage complex processes and financial operations effectively. She is a real source of motivation, showing everyone that with enough hard word and passion, you can smash barriers and soar to new heights!
Jessica Smith – Portland Branch Manager + Sales Engineer
Spotlighting Jessica Smith this Women in Construction Week celebrating her awesome impact and pioneering journey in construction and HVAC. With 16 years in the game, Jessica’s climbed from sheet metal contractor to sales engineer and now leads our Portland branch on top of being a key Sales Engineer at ACI. Her diverse experience with mechanical contractors and manufacturer reps, plus her solid education in Construction Management and Mechanical Engineering, show her dedication, smarts, and leadership. Jessica’s story inspires, proving that with hard work, know-how, and leadership, women can reach the top in construction.
Teresa Kane – HR + Finance Operations Manager
Our next leader to shine a light on is Teresa Kane and her awesome journey with us, a true story of hard work and moving up in the construction world. Teresa’s been a key player here for nearly 20 years. Her unstoppable energy and dedication have pushed her up to her crucial role as HR & Finance Operations Manager. Lianne Wahlquist – Inside Sales Engineer + Sales Operations Manager

Juggling her roles as an Inside Sales Engineer and Sales Operations Manager, she’s got a killer grasp on how things run and rocks at keeping the team in line.
