What we need from you
Two Ways to Get Media
If your dimensions match a standard size, it ships off the shelf. If they don’t, we cut to your print. Either way you are not waiting on a factory run.

Standard sizes held on our shelves in the Pacific Northwest and shipped nationwide.

Custom Cut
Cut to your dimensions on our own cutting table — not sent out and not waiting on the factory.
- Roughly two week turnaround
- Sized to fit existing cassettes and frames
- Angled and stepped cuts where the unit requires it
- Repeat orders held on file for reordering
Stock Sizes

All modules 12″ high. Depths and lengths combine — if your dimensions fall between stock sizes we can usually cut down from material already on the shelf. Send us your dimensions.
Custom Cutting In House
We run our own cutting table. That means a custom size is a scheduling question for us rather than a factory order with a factory lead time — and it is the reason a made-to-order pad ships in about two weeks instead of two months.
What that gets you:
- Media sized to your existing cassettes, so no equipment modification
- Angled, stepped, and notched cuts where the unit needs them
- Consistent dimensions across a multi-unit or multi-site order
- Dimensions kept on file, so reorders are a phone call
Send a drawing, a photo with dimensions, or the equipment make and model. If you can get us the old pad’s measurements, that is usually enough.
How to Order
Three things get you a quote. If you only have one or two, send those and we will work it out.
Media type
Cellulose or glass fiber. Not sure which you have? Send a photo of the media face and we can tell.
Dimensions
Height, width, and depth of the pad — not the opening. Measure the media itself where you can.
Quantity
How many pads, and how many units or sites. Repeat orders get held on file.
